Help with your free gift

GWP shows advertiser-funded free gifts on the basket and order-confirmation pages of the stores you shop with. If something went wrong with a gift you chose, this page tells you exactly who to contact.

If you clicked "Get help" from a gift, your browser added a reference (a clid) to this page's address. Quote that reference in your email and we can trace your exact selection — it contains no personal data.

Common questions

I didn't receive my gift

Free gifts are fulfilled by the advertiser that funded them — not by GWP and not by the store you bought from. On the confirmation page you were taken to the advertiser to set up your gift; that's where delivery, vouchers or codes are issued. If your gift hasn't arrived, email us with your reference and we'll chase the advertiser on your behalf. GWP is your escalation point when the advertiser doesn't resolve it.

My code doesn't work

A code or voucher is issued by the advertiser. Email us the reference and a description of the error and we'll take it up with them. Please don't share the full code publicly.

A charge appeared — was I billed for the gift?

No. The gift is always free and is never added to your basket or order total. GWP never takes payment from you and never sees your card details. If you see a charge on your order, it relates to your purchase from the store, not to the gift — contact the store directly about anything on your receipt.

I want my data deleted

The gift unit stores only a small, pseudonymous footprint (an opaque selection reference, a session reference and your gift choice). You can clear it any time by clearing cookies and site data for the store's site in your browser. To ask us to delete the records we hold, email us — see the rights and contact details in our Privacy Policy.

Who do I contact for what?

  • A problem with your order (delivery, payment, returns of the items you bought) → the store you ordered from.
  • A problem with the free gift (didn't arrive, code failed, wrong item) → the advertiser that funds it. Can't reach them, or unresolved? → GWP at support@gwpingenuity.com, and we'll escalate.
